What We Believe
Somebody once said that it does not matter what you believe, as long as you do it with sincerity.
They were wrong! The object and focus of our belief is vital.
A St Saviour’s we believe that God has revealed himself in the person of Jesus, whose death and resurrection has given us eternal life. We believe too that Christ uses us as his disciples to bring this good news to others through radical love.
At different times in church life God brings different emphases, at present we are seeking the ‘Presence’ of God more, reaching out to the ‘Poor’ in practical ways and ‘Proclaiming’ Gods love through lifestyle and word.
