Bloke

If you would rather watch re-runs of the A-Team on a Saturday night than Strictly Come Dancing, then this page is for you.

Bloke is a simple group of men (just like what Robin Hood had) who meet together for various different things throughout the year.

Our goal is to develop into men who represent Jesus well in all we do, and demonstrate his outrageous grace to everyone we meet. And if we can do that whilst eating some kind of meat, all the better!

This page should give you all the info you need. If this is a little too much like being asked to read an instruction manual, then just contact Paul at bloke-towers. As long as he is not watching a Bond film, he should get back to you soon.

Breakfast

Every Wednesday morning we meet for breakfast and prayers from 6:30-7:30am in the Glebe cottage behind church. Yep, that’s right – 6:30am! Man up and get out of bed soldier!

Plenty of coffee and good food as well as some time praying together for our church, ourselves and our mates.

Veterans Youth Group Version 2.o

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it…so we are gonna repeat the highlight of last term and do it agin, only better! So ask your mum and dad if you can come to the Veteran’s Youth Group on Feb 11th at 7:30. Pay 5 quid subs and get beer, pizza, big screen computer games, table tennis competitions, and much more. No girls allowed though, so it wont be just like the good old days!

BLOKES GO APE!

On 24th March we are gonna swing through the trees like Tarzan at the ‘Go Ape’ high ropes course in Bracknell. Places are limited so see Paul asap to reserve yours. Cost is thirty quid and you should wear clothes you dont mind getting dirty (so that means wear someone elses stuff!)

As always, either see Paul, email him, ring him on the Batphone or click on the facebook event pages to register.
