The Kingdom – 24th January
Often, Jesus speaks about the coming of the Kingdom of God. We also mention it every time we say the Lords Prayer. But what is it?
What does the Kingdom look like? How do we affect it or be a part of it? And how does a Kingdom understanding of the life of Jesus and the Holy Spirit effect our daily lives?
Angels – 20th Feb
Angels play an important part in God’s story throughout the Bible. Some of us even played the angel Ganriel in our school nativity! But do they still exist? Do they all wear white dressing gowns, play the harp and advertise Philadelphia?
OR
Could they be a powerful and vital part of the Christian life? Can we see them or interact with them? Do we each have a special one looking out for us?
We Need To Talk – 19th March
Do you ever find it difficult to tell friends or family memebrs that you might be a Christian? Have they got questions that stump you? Does the idea of talking about your faith make you break out in a rash?!
This evening we will look at how we can speak with confidence and clarity about our belief in Jesus.
